- Timothy Jackson CEO, Owner of Vintage Destinations - History - Timothy started his interest in Africa and wildlife as a child. Timothy became very involved with the safari industry in 2002 after years of personal travel. This lead to guiding groups, formal guide training and a desire to be more involved in making a positive contribution to a more sustainable future in African Tourism. What became very apparent to Timothy, is the safari industry lacks travel consultants who know the destinations they are selling. It is with this gap in the travel market 'Vintage Desinations' was born to fill.
